| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肠道真菌医院感染的病原菌种类、易感因素、防治及预后。方法回顾性调查2008年1月-2010年6月住院患者中发生肠道真菌医院感染129例,调查患者一般资料、真菌种类、相关易感因素等。结果 129例肠道真菌医院感染患者中检出真菌131株,以白色假丝酵母菌为主,占55.73%;年龄偏大、长时间联用抗菌药物、伴有基础疾病等是发生肠道真菌医院感染的危险因素。结论提高对肠道真菌感染的认识,早期发现肠道感染征象,合理使用抗菌药物预防肠道真菌感染的发生。
