| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院患者医院感染状况及其影响因素,为有效控制医院感染提供参考。方法对医院2009、2010年10月的住院患者采取回顾性调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 2009年实查894例,医院感染现患率为5.4%;2010年实查1088例,医院感染现患率为4.9%;感染前几位科室是ICU、呼吸内科、神经内科、神经外科;感染部位主要为下呼吸道、泌尿道。结论根据结果有针对性地开展目标监测和采取预防控制措施,不断降低医院感染率。
