| 摘 要： | 目的了解医院获得性尿路感染的危险因素及病原菌分布特点,以制定预防和控制医院感染的方案。方法采用logistic回顾性对照分析2009年8月-2010年8月,医院内的尿路感染与非尿路感染的病例,并了解其病原菌分布,找出尿路感染的各种危险因素。结果女性、年龄≥60岁、留置尿管、置管时间>20d、患有基础疾病及住院时间>35d与获得性尿路感染的相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),尿路感染常见病原菌依次为真菌占40.85%、革兰阴性菌占34.15%、革兰阳性菌占25.00%。结论了解尿路感染的危险因素,对有效预防医院内获得性尿路感染有重要意义。
