正性强化干预提高医护人员手卫生依从性的调查

目的探讨正性强化干预对医护人员手卫生依从性的影响,提高手卫生依从性。方法由经过专门培训的人员在单盲状态下观察护士实际工作中手卫生执行情况,然后采用正性强化及综合干预措施,2周后再次评价手卫生执行情况,分析比较正强化干预前后卫生执行率及手卫生合格率的差异。结果通过采用正强化干预措施,护士洗手依从率从48.5%上升至98.5%;洗手合格率由39.7%上升至83.6%;连续性护理操作中手消毒依从率由16.4%上升至100.0%,消毒合格率由17.7%上升至80.8%,差异均有统计学意义(均χ2>8.2,P<0.01)。结论系统培训教育、正性强化干预、改善手卫生设施及用品是提高医护人员手卫生依从性有效和可操作的方法。
