| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症患者留置尿管致泌尿系感染发生率及危险因素。方法对380例留置尿管的重症患者采用查阅病历、微生物监测等方法进行回顾性调查。结果 380例中发生泌尿系感染181例,感染率为47.6%;尿管留置持续时间、基础疾病、无菌操作是主要危险因素。结论切实做好医院感染的控制工作,加强无菌技术操作管理,严格掌握留置尿管的适应证,缩短尿管留置时间,合理应用抗菌药物,是有效降低泌尿系感染的重要方法。
