| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经阴道超声对急性盆腔炎性包块的诊断价值。方法对2007年1月-2010年12月,经阴道超声诊断为盆腔炎性包块的92例患者进行研究分析。结果 92例患者确诊87例占94.57%,误诊5例占5.43%,声像图分为类囊型33例、类实型45例及混合型14例3类,3类均各有特点,误诊病例也各有特点。结论经阴道超声对急性盆腔炎性包块具有较高的诊断价值,只要掌握好其影像学特点,可为临床诊断及治疗提供依据。
