| 摘 要： | 目的了解性传播疾病(STD)门诊患者泌尿生殖道支原体感染及耐药情况。方法采用支原体属鉴定、药敏试剂盒检测患者泌尿生殖道分泌物,分析患者的支原体属及药敏试验结果。结果 295例患者中支原体属阳性152例,感染率51.5%,其中解脲脲支原体(Uu)、人支原体(Mh)和Uu+Mh感染的阳性结果分别为84.2%、6.6%、9.2%;3组患者对米诺环素(MIN)和多西环素(DOX)敏感性好。结论支原体属感染已成为泌尿生殖道感染的主要病原体之一,主要为Uu引起,占84.2%,米诺环素和多西环素是治疗泌尿道支原体感染的首选药物。
