| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中药熏蒸联合照射窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治银屑病的临床疗效.方法 将100例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组单纯采用NB-UVB治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上联合中药熏蒸治疗,比较两组临床疗效.结果 两组治疗后临床疗效及PASI评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 中药熏蒸联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B and self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly recruited into a treatment group and a control group,50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with narrow-band ultraviolet B:on this basis,the treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating.The therapeutic effeCts of both groups were observed.Results As compared with the control group.the treatment group showed better therapeutic effects(P<0.05).Conclusion It was effective to treat psoriasis vulgaris with narrow-band ultraviolet B combined with self-made traditional Chinese medicine fumigating. |
