护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对产妇产后出血和睡眠质量的影响.方法 按随机数字表法将100例在我院住院并分娩产妇分为护理干预组和常规护理组各50例.常规护理组给予常规护理和指导,护理干预组在此基础上给予护理干预.比较2组产后出血率、24 h出血量和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分.结果 护理干预组产后出血率为6.0%,明显低于常规护理组的22.0%;护理干预组出血量(218.5±28.6)ml,明显低于常规护理组的(336.8±46.5)ml;护理干预组PSQI总分(8.90±1.98)分,明显低于常规护理组的(12.45±4.52)分.结论 护理干预对减少产妇产后出血和提高睡眠质量具有重要作用.

Effect of nursing intervention on postrpartum hemorrhage and steep quality for the parturients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and postpartum hemorrhage for the parturients. Methods 100 cases were divided into the intervention group and the usual care group with 50 patients in each group by random. The usual care group received routine care and guidance, the nursing intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis. Rate of postpartum hemorrhage, 24 h bleeding and Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)score were compared. Results The rate of postpartum hemorrhage of the nursing intervention group was 6.0%,significantly lower than the usual care group; 24 h bleeding of the nursing intervention group was significantly lower than the usual care group; PSQI score of the nursing intervention group was significantly lower than the usual care group. Conclusions Nursing intervention plays an important role in reducing postpartum hemorrhage and improve the quality of sleep.
