| 摘 要： | 生存素(survivin)是凋亡抑制蛋白(IAP)家族成员之一,在肺癌中高表达,具有抑制凋亡功能.细胞凋亡与肺癌的发生发展及预后密切相关.survivin及细胞凋亡与肺癌的关系可能为肺癌的研究治疗提供新思路.

| Abstract: | Survivin is one of inhibitors of apoptosis protein family members. It is highly expressed in lung cancer. Survivin can inhibit apoptosis. Apoptosis is closely related with development and prognosis in lung cancer. Survivin and apoptosis might become breakthrough point in treatment of lung cancer. |
