重度颅脑损伤患者经鼻胃管早期规范化肠内营养监护方法与应用

目的 探讨重度颅脑损伤患者经鼻胃管早期规范化肠内营养(EN)的监护方法和疗效.方法 将神经外科住院的重度颅脑损伤的患者60例分成两组,每组30例,常规组按医嘱用注射器注入营养液并给予常规护理,观察组采取规范化护理管理措施,比较两组患者的并发症、营养状况及康复情况.结果 两组患者胃肠道并发症比较,观察组发生率33.3%,常规组发生率100%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组营养状况及康复情况差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 重度颅脑损伤患者经鼻胃管采取早期规范化EN,并进行有效的监测,能有效防止并发症的发生,保证EN持续有效地进行,促进患者早日康复.

Monitoring method and effect of early standardized enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube to patients with severe craniocerebral injury

Objective To explore monitoring method and effect of early standardized enteral nutrition(EN) through nasogastric tube to patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods A total of 60 patients with severe craniocerebral injury were divided into two groups. 30 of them receiving regular nursing of nutrient solution injecting with syringes were of contrast group. The other 30 made up of observation group, who were adminstored with standardized nursing measures. Complication, nutritional condition and recovery were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of compilcation in observation group was 33.3%compared with 100% in control group. Nutritional condition and recovery between the two groups were signifcantly different. Conclusions For patients with severe craniocerebral injury, early standardized enteral nutrition through nasogastric tube and effective monitoring could prevent complications, assure EN effectively and result in earlier recovery.
