高压氧治疗对海马区急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的远期疗效

摘    要:目的探讨高压氧(hyperbaricoxygen,HBO)治疗对海马区急性脑缺血再灌注损伤的远期疗效。方法沙土鼠脑缺血20min后再灌注,同时应用24.52kPaHBO治疗,连续3d,停止治疗2d后,应用TUNEL标记神经元凋亡,观察HBO治疗停止后神经元凋亡的变化。结果24.52kPaHBO治疗停止2d后,海马神经元凋亡数比24.52kPaHBO治疗结束时显著减少(P<0.01),比单纯缺血再灌注5d组亦显著减少(P<0.01)。结论24.52kPaHBO治疗急性脑缺血损伤具有良好的疗效,未见“反跳”现象。

Abstract:Objective In order to discuss the post effect of hyperbaric oxygen ( HBO ) treatment on acute forebrain ischemia reperfusion injury. Method TUNEL staining method was used to examine the changes of neuronal apoptosis 2 days after stopping 24.52 kPa HBO treatment on ischemia( for 20 min ) reperfusion in gerbil hippocampus CA1 region. Observed the changes of neuronal apoptosis after we stopped hyperbaric oxygen treatment on acute cerebral ischemia injury. Results The number of neuronal apoptosis in hippocampus CA1 in 2 days after stopping 24.52 kPa HBO treatment was significantly decreased than that in 24.52 kPa HBO treatment (P< 0.01 ) group and that in 5d simply reperfusion group (P< 0.01).Conclusion The post effect of 24.52 kPa HBO treatment on cerebral ischemia injury was proved to be prominent, without rebound injury effect.
