| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨参麦注射液对肠缺血再灌注肠、肺损伤的保护作用及其机制.②方法 采用夹闭肠系膜上动脉方法复制大鼠肠缺血再灌注（I/R）损伤模型,观察参麦注射液对血浆和肠组织超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）、二胺氧化酶（DAO）以及肺组织SOD、MDA的影响,同时观察肠、肺组织水肿和病理损害.③结果 参麦注射液可显著改善肠、肺组织损伤,降低肠及肺组织湿/干比值、MDA含量、血浆DAO和MDA水平（P〈0.01）,同时升高血浆、肠及肺组织SOD以及肠组织DAO水平（P〈0.01）.④结论 参麦注射液可能通过清除氧自由基,对抗脂质过氧化损伤,对肠I/R后肠、肺组织损伤起到保护作用. |
