医共体模式下创伤护理同质化管理的 应用效果

目的 探讨医共体模式下创伤护理同质化管理的应用效果。方法 采用前瞻性研究方法，选取2019年5月至2021年5月杭州市萧山区第一人民医院急诊科收治的112例创伤患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各56例。对照组患者实施常规护理管理，观察组患者实施医共体模式下护理同质化管理，比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分（包括护理安全、分级护理、基础护理及文档管理）及医师对创伤护理的满意度。结果 观察组患者对护理总满意度达96.43%，高于对照组的83.93%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者的护理安全、分级护理、基础护理及文档管理各项护理质量评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；医师对观察组的创伤护理总满意度为98.21%，高于对照组的85.71%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对创伤患者在治疗的同时构建医共体模式下护理同质化管理，可有效提高临床护理的质量与水平，值得推广。

Application effect of trauma nursing homogenization management under medical community model

Objective To explore the application effect of trauma nursing homogenization management under the medical community model. Methods Used prospective research methods, a total of 112 trauma patients admitted to the Department of Emergency, First People''s Hospital of Xiaoshan District from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group by random number method, with 56 cases in each group. The patients of control group received routine nursing intervention, and the patients of observation group received the nursing homogenization management. The nursing satisfaction rate, nursing quality scores (including nursing safety, graded nursing, basic nursing and document management) and physicians'' satisfaction rate with trauma nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than that in control group (83.93%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing quality scores (including nursing safety, graded nursing, basic nursing and document management) in observation group were higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); physicians'' satisfaction rate with trauma nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The trauma nursing homogenization management under medical alliance mode can effectively improve the quality of care and nursing satisfaction rate, and it is worth promoting.
