摘 要: | 目的 通过归纳2000-2020年杜仲研究领域的研究热点,了解国内外杜仲研究现状,为研究学者提供参考。方法 通过检索CNKI和PubMed数据库杜仲研究领域的相关文献,对其发文量、作者、研究机构、被引频次以及高频关键词等用文献计量学的方法以可视图的方式展示杜仲研究的发展脉络,进一步分析出该领域的研究热点,并对未来可能的发展方向进行预测。结果 共检索出CNKI数据库7784篇以及PubMed数据库465篇文献,以可视图谱的方式展现杜仲领域发展脉络。结论 20年来发文量显著增加;学者及机构之间应不断深化交流与合作;近二十年的研究热点主要有以大鼠为疾病动物模型研究杜仲的药理作用,如降血压、降血脂、治骨质疏松等,杜仲的活性成分以木脂素类的松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、环烯醚萜类的桃叶珊瑚甙以及杜仲胶为主;随着科学技术不断进步,重点由栽培育种、化学成分向网络药理学、数据挖掘等方向发展。

Bibliometric Analysis of Current Research Status of Eucommia Ulmoides Based on Database |

Abstract: | Objective To summarize the research hotspots of Eucommia ulmoides from 2000 to 2020, and to understand the research status of Eucommia ulmoides at wordwide, so as to provide reference for researchers.Methods Through the CNKI retrieval of Eucommia ulmoides and PubMed database related literature in the field of research, the number, author, research institute, the cited frequency and high frequency keywords by using the method of literature metrology shown here could view of the development of the study of Eucommia bark, further analysis of the research hotspots in the field, and to forecast the possible future development direction.Results 7784 literatures were retrieved from CNKI database and 465 literatures from PubMed database, showing the development of Eucommia ulmoides field by visual map.Conclusion The number of published papers has increased significantly in the past 20 years. Scholars and institutions should continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation. In recent 20 years, the research focuses on the pharmacological effects of Eucommia ulmoides in rats, such as lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipid, and treating osteoporosis. The active components of Eucommia ulmoides are lignans of resinol diglucoside, iridoids of Aucoside and gutta-percha. With the continuous progress of science and technology, the focus has shifted from cultivation and breeding, chemical composition to network pharmacology, data mining and other directions. |
