| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of MRI and CT in the differential diagnosis of solitary hepatic nodules.Methods From January 2019 to September 2020,122 patients with suspected solitary liver nodules in our hospital were selected.Methods RandomLy divided into study group and control group by random number table.61 cases in study group were treated with MRI,61 cases in control group were treated with CT.The detection rate,positive rate,sensitivity and specificity of solitary hepatic nodules were analyzed.Results All 122 cases were confirmed as liver solitary nodules by operation and pathology,50 cases in the study group and 47 cases in the control group.The detection accuracy of solitary liver nodules in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the sensitivity and specificity of the study group were higher than those of the control group.Conclusion MRI has high accuracy,sensitivity and specificity in the differential diagnosis of solitary hepatic nodules,so it has clinical value. |
