摘    要:缺血性脑卒中导致的神经功能缺损与脑网络功能连接的异常密切相关。人脑在静息状态下存在以默认网络为基础的多个连接网络,它们共同构成脑功能网络,负责人的记忆、认知、运动等,而脑网络间的功能连接反映分离脑区在时间上的相关性,特定功能脑区间的连接异常直接影响疾病的发生发展。功能性磁共振成像作为近年脑功能的研究热点,能够通过检测神经元自发活动的同步性来观察区域网络功能连接情况。中医药治疗缺血性卒中可有效调节脑网络间功能连接、促进脑区和默认网络的结构重组,在治疗中发挥重要作用。脑网络连接的研究是探索中医药改善卒中神经功能缺损脑功能机制的新契机,更是推动中医药现代化发展的有力工具。有鉴于此,本文将基于功能性磁共振成像技术,围绕中医药对缺血性卒中脑功能网络连接影响的研究进展进行阐述。

Abstract:Neurological deficits caused by ischemic stroke are closely related to functional connectivity abnormity of brain network. There exist several connection networks based on default mode network (DMN) in the resting state, which together make up a brain function network responsible for memory, cognition and motor, et al. The functional connectivity between brain networks reflects the temporal correlation of separated brain regions. Thus, the abnormity of function connectivity between specific brain regions will impact on disease occurrence and development directly. Functional magnetic resonance has been considered as a hotspot of brain function research in recent years, which could observe the functional connectivity between regional networks through detecting synchronism of neuronal spontaneous activity. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) applied in ischemic stroke treatment could effectively modulate functional connectivity between brain regions and promote structural recombination of brain regions and DMN, which plays prominent role in ischemic stroke treatment. The study of brain network connectivity is a new opportunity to explore the improvement of neurological deficits after stroke by TCM treatment and also a powerful tool to prompt the development of Chinese medicine modernization as well. Therefore, the article stated the research progress of brain functional connectivity improvement after ischemic stroke by TCM based on functional magnetic resonance technology.
