中医药治疗糖尿病性腹泻32例临床分析

目的：探讨采用中医药对糖尿病性腹泻的患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法：采用随机抽样的方法，在2007年4月至2011年3月问抽取64例在我院就诊确诊为糖尿病性腹泻患者的临床病例，随机分为A、B两组，平均每组32例。A组患者采用中药治疗；B组患者采用盐酸黄连素进行治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应现象进行比较分析。结果：分析结果表明，A组患者的临床治疗效果与B组患者比较，其有效率明显高出很多，有显著的统计学差异（P〈0．05）；两组患者在治疗过程中均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象，没有显著的统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论：采用中医药的方法对患有糖尿病性腹泻的患者进行治疗的临床效果令人满意，治疗过程中患者不会出现特殊的并发症和不良反应现象。

The Chinese medicine treats the diabetes diarrhea 32 example clinical analyses

Objective： To investigate the use of Chinese medicine in diabetic patients with diarrhea the clinical effects of treatment. Methods： A random sampling method, in April 2007 to March 2011 between the selected 64 cases in our hospital diagnosed as diabetic patients with clinical cases of diarrhea were randomly divided into A,B groups,each group average of 32 cases. A group of patients using traditional Chinese medicine; B group were treated with berberine hydrochloride for treatment. Two groups of patients in clinical treatment,comglications and adverse reactions for a comparative analysis of the phenomenon. Results：The results show that, A group of patients with the clinical treatment of patients with group B compared to its much higher efficiency significantly, there is a significant statistical difference （P 〈0.05） ; two groups of patients during treatment were no more serious complications and adverse phenomenon,no significant statistical difference （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion：The method of Chinese medicine in patients with diabetic diarrhea treatment clinical evaluation results, treatment of patients does not appear in the special phenomena of complications and adverse reactions.
