急性胰腺炎CT诊断特点探析

目的：探讨螺旋CT在急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。方法：选择58例急性胰腺炎患者分别行CT及超声影像学检查，比较各自临床价值。结果：58例急性胰腺炎患者CT检查阳性者42例，阳性率为72．41％，超声检查阳性者35例，阳性率为60．34％，CT检查阳性率高于超声，经统计学分析具有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论：螺旋CT可为急性胰腺炎的临床早期诊断提供重要的参考依据，是诊断急性胰腺炎的主要手段。

The analysis of the acute pancreatitis diagnostic CT characteristics

Objective： Explore the diagnosis value of spiral CT for Acute pancreatitis. Methods：Choose 58 cases of acute pancreati- tis patients,examined by computed tomography （CT） and the ultrasonic imaging respectively,compare their clinical value. Results： 58 cases of acute pancreatitis,the positive result of CT examination is 42, the Positive rate is 72.41 % ,the positive result of Ultrasound examination is 35,the Positive rate is 60.34%. the Positive rate of CT examination were higher than the ultrasound. The statistical analysis is statistical significance（p〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Spiral CT can provide important reference basis for early diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,it is a major diagnosis means of acute pancreatitis.
