螺旋CT在脊柱结核诊断与治疗中的应用价值

目的：探讨提高螺旋CT在脊柱结核诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法：对已手术病理证实脊柱结核296例患者的CT征象回顾性研究，并分析手术前、后CT影像表现。结果：296例显示椎体破坏，单纯性病灶清除术86例，病灶清除、植骨融合、内固定术210例。结论：螺旋CT扫描可以评估术前骨质破坏程度、评估术后椎体结构、植骨融合、内固定及周围软组织情况，为临床选择治疗方案和术后观察疗效提供重要依据。

Methods：Sur gical pathology already confirmed 296 cases spinal tuberculosis CT signs retrospective study, And analyzed before and after operation CT imaging findings. Results：296 cases showed vertebral destruction, simplicity lesions cleared 86 cases, lesions cleared,bone graft fusion,internal fixation 210 cases. Conclusion：Spiral CT scanning can assess the degree of preoperative bone destruction, assessment postoperative vertebral structure,bone grafts fusion, Internal fixation And the surrounding tissue condition, for Clinical choice treat ment and postoperative observation provide important basis.
