单纯痛点封闭与小针刀加封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效比较

目的：比较单纯痛点封闭与小针刀加封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效。方法：对119例肱骨外上髁炎患者，采用单纯痛点封闭治疗59例，小针刀加封闭治疗60例。结果：单纯痛点封闭组显效占86．4％，有效占10．2％，无效占3．4％；小针刀加封闭组显效占93．3％，有效占5％，无效占0．7％。结论：小针刀加封闭治疗肱骨外上髁炎明显优于单纯痛点封闭治疗。

Comparison of the effect of pain spot blocking and pain spot blocking plus self-made small needle knife on lateral epicondylitis

Objeetive..To compare of effect of pain spot blocking and pain spot blocking plus self-made small needle knife on lateral epicondylitis. Methods： 119 cases with Lateral epicondylitis were randomly divided into tWO groups, contrast group（60 cases）and treatment group（59 cases）. The treatment group was treated by pain spot blocking plus self-made small needle knife,and the control group treated by treated by pain spot blocking for 3-5 weeks. Results：The significantly effective rate,effective rate and ineffective rate of the treatment group were 93.3% ,5.0% and 0.7% ,and those of the control group were 86.4% ,10.2% ,and 3.4%. Conclusion：The results suggest that the clinical curative effect of pain spot blocking plus self-made small needle knife group is superior to simple pain spot blocking group.
