老年高血压病病人社区干预效果分析

目的：探讨社区干预对老年高血压病病人降压效果的影响.方法：选择我社区符合诊断的老年高血压病病人240例,随机分成观察组和对照组,对两组采用相同的药物控制,同时观察组给予社区干预,对照组给予一般健康宣教,疗程3个月,对比观察两组降压效果.结果：经社区干预后,观察组的降压效果明显优于对照组 （P〈0.05）.结论：执行社区干预对控制老年人的高血压有较大作用,值得临床推广应用.

Elderly hypertensive patients with community-intervention analysis

Objective：To evaluate community interventions in elderly patients with hypertension antihypertensive effect. Methods： I met the diagnostic community of elderly patients with hypertension,240 cases were randomly, divided into two groups and the control group,the two groups using the same drug control, while observing the group received community intervention,control group received general health education, treatment 3 months, compared to the antihypertensive effect were observed. Results：The community intervention, the antihypertensive effect of the observation group than the control group （P 〈0.05）. ConcLusion：The implementalion of the Community intervention on hypertension control of older people have a greater role,is worthy of clinical application.
