不同切口超声乳化白内障吸除术临床应用研究

目的：探讨透明角膜缘隧道切口和角膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗老年性白内障的临床效果.方法：将行白内障超声乳化吸除人工晶体植入术的患者80例96眼,随机分为观察组40例（49眼）和对照组各40例（47炎）,观察组采用透明角膜缘隧道切口,对照组采用角膜隧道切口,比较两组患者术后裸眼视力、角膜散光和手术并发症发生情况.结果：观察组患者术后裸眼视力、角膜散光值均优于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者并发症发生率相似,无统计学差异（P＞0.05）.结论：采用透明角膜隧道切口超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗老年性白内障,有利于术后视力恢复,降低角膜散光程度,值得临床推广应用.

Different incision of phacoemulsification clinical application research

Objective：To investigate the clear corneal tunnel incision and the corneal tunnel incision phacoemulsification surgery in addition to the clinical treatment of senile cataract effect. Methods：The cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in 80 patients 96 were randomly divided into two groups of 40 patients （49） and control group of 40 patients （47 yen） to observe the group of transparent corneal tunnel incision, corneal tunnel incision control group, patients were compared visual acuity, corneal a- stigmatism and surgical complications. Results： The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity, corneal astigmatism values than the control group,there was significant difference （P 〈0.05） ;two groups of patients similar to the incidence of complications, no significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：The use of clear corneal tunnel incision phacoemulsification in addition to treatment of senile cataracts, postoperative visual acuity benefit, reducing the degree of corneal astigmatism, is worthy of clinical application.
