| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年高血压患者的临床治疗。方法：对我院60例老年高血压患者进行回顾性分析。结果：60例患者中有并发症48例；有合并病42例。治疗后54例患者好转出院；5例死亡。结论：老年高血压患者治疗时应兼顾并发症及合并病，使降压效果更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical treatment of elderly hypertensive patients. Methods： 60 cases of elderly hospital patients with hypertension were analyzed retrospectively. Results： 60 patients with complications 48 cases; have combined disease in 42 cases. After treatment,54 patients discharged improved;5 deaths. Conclusion：The treatment of elderly patients with hypertension should take into account the complications and diseases combined, the blood pressure better. |
