急性胰腺炎保守治疗患者62例病情观察及护理

目的：观察临床路径护理对非手术治疗期间的急性水肿型胰腺炎病人疗效影响.方法：对照组给予一般护理,观察组给予临床护理路径管理,护士长随机进行检查评估.在每位病人出院前1天,填写〈疾病相关知识〉并发放〈征询意见表〉.结果：①实施临床护理路径住院天数缩短,观察组平均住院天数较对照组缩7.5天,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.②实施临床护理路径可减少医疗费用.③实施临床护理路径,护理质量提高.④应用临床护理路径,病人对护理质量满意度提高.结论：通过临床路径护理住院天数可明显缩短,治疗费用降低,病人满意度提高.

Conservative treatment of acute pancreatitis,62 patients with the condition observation and nursing care

Objective：To observe the clinical path of care for non-surgical treatment of acute edematous pancreatitis during the treatment of patients affected. Methods： The control group received general care, clinical care given to the observation group path management,nurse assessment of random checks. In each patient prior to discharge 1 day,fill out the ＂disease-related knowledge＂ and issue ＂advice table. ＂ Results： ① Implementation of clinical care path length of stay shortened, observation group, the average length of hospital stay 7.5 days reduction than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. ②Implementation of clinical care path can reduce medical costs. （3）Implementation of clinical care path to improve the quality of care. ④Application of clinical care paths, patient satisfaction, improved quality of care. Conclusion： The clinical pathway care can significantly shorten hospital stay, reduced cost of treatment, patient satisfaction increased.
