| 摘 要： | 目的 :评价克拉霉素治疗小儿支原体性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法 :68例患儿根据不同治疗方案进行分组。试验组38例 ,应用克拉霉素按每日10～15mg/kg治疗 ,首剂倍量 ,分2次口服 ;对照组30例 ,应用红霉素按每日20～30mg/kg治疗 ,分3次口服或每日1次静脉滴注。观察时间为7天。结果 :试验组的总有效率明显高于对照组 ,P<0 05 ;试验组的副作用发生率明显低于对照组 ,P<0 01。结论 :克拉霉素是一种高效、安全、应用方便的抗生素 ,值得在临床上推广应用

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy of clarithromycin in the treatment of upper respiratory tract mycoplasmal infections(URTI)in children METHODS:68 cases were divided into two groups according to different therapeutic schemes:observation group(38 patients)received clarithromycin,10～15mg/(kg·d),bid,po,double the first dose;control group(30 patients) were treated with erythromycin,20～30mg/(kg·d),tid,po or iv drip qd for 7 days RESULTS:Observation group had significantly higher overall effective rate(P<0 05) and lower incidence of side effects(P<0 01) than control group CONCL_USION:Clarithromycin is a safe,convenient and highly effective antibiotic in the treatment of URTI in children |
