急性股骨颈骨折患者血清中CRPNSE及MMP-9蛋白的动态变化及临床意义

目的:分析急性股骨颈骨折患者血清中超敏C-反应蛋白(CRP),神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)及血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的动态变化与疾病严重程度及预后的相关性。方法:选取2011年2月至2012年12月伤后急诊入院的股骨颈骨折患者60例为试验组。以同期门诊体检37例作为健康对照组。分别于发病后24小时以内,3天,7天抽取空腹外周、静脉血检测其CRP、NSE、MMP-9的血清浓度。结果:急性股骨颈骨折患者组患者均明显高于对照组患者,外周血清CRP水平24小时内明显高于受伤7天时和3天时;外周血清NSE水平24小时内和3天时均明显高于7天时;外周血清MMP-9水平在24小时内及3天时均明显高于7天时。结论:三项指标均在受伤早期即升高,半衰期短、下降迅速,因此CRP、NSE、MMP-9血清浓度变化对临床病情的判断,病情转归的预测。对指导治病具有重要的意义。

CRP in the serum of the patients with acute femoral neck fracture dynamic changes of NSE and MMP-9 protein and its clinical significance

Objective Fracture analysis of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in acute femoral neck(CRP),neuron specific enolase(NSE) and serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) the dynamic changes of correlation with disease severity and prognosis.Methods 60 patients from 2011 February to 2012 as the test group in December after injury emergency admissions of femoral neck fracture.To the same period 37 cases of outpatient medical examination as healthy control group.The difference in incidence after 24 hours,3 days,7 days of fasting peripheral,serum concentrations of CRP,NSE,MMP-9.Results Patient groups were significantly higher than the control group of patients with acute femoral neck fracture,the serum levels of CRP within 24 hours was significantly higher than that of the injured 7 days and 3 days;the serum levels of NSE in 24 hours and 3 days were significantly higher than that in 7 days;peripheral serum MMP-9 level in 24 hours and 3 days were significantly higher than that in 7 days and.Conclusion The three indexes in the injured early rise,short half-life,decreased rapidly,so the CRP,NSE,MMP-9 serum concentration on clinical judgment,prediction of the outcome of illness.It is of great significance to cure.
