大关节运动操对老年糖尿病病人血糖的影响

目的:探讨大关节运动操对老年糖尿病病人血糖的影响。方法:选择126例55岁以上行动方便的老年糖尿病病人,每例病人都进行餐后1h无运动、中等强度运动、大关节操运动,运动时间都选择30min,在餐后2h进行血糖监测。结果:进行大关节运动操护理干预的病人餐后2h血糖与中等运动强度相比无显著的变化(P0.05),与病人无运动状态下相比有显著的变化(P0.05)。结论:不受场地及身体条件限制的大关节运动操非常适合老年糖尿病病人,而且对降低血糖有很重要的意义。

Study on the effect of large joint movement exercises nursing intervention on blood glucose in elderly diabetes patient

Objective：To discuss the effect of large joint movement exercises in blood glucose of elderly diabetes patients.Methods：Chose 126 elderly diabetes patients over the age of 55 and who could do exercises at will. Each patient did medium intensity exercises and did large joint movement exercises 1 hour after the meal respectively. All kinds of exercises took 30 minutes,and checked their blood glucose 2 hours after meal. Results：The patients＇ postprandial blood glucose who had taken large joint movement exercises nursing intevention had a similar lowering effect with those who had taken the medium intensity exercises （P0.05）.Compared to non-exercise state,the effect of lowering postprandial blood glucose had a significant change （P0.05）.Conclusion：The large joint movement exercises which is unrestricted by place or physical conditions is very suitable for elderly patients with diabetes; there is a important signifucance of doing the large joint movement exercises to lower blood glucose.
