| 摘 要： | 脑卒中病损评定,是脑卒中康复治疗过程的重要环节,可指导临床医生制定治疗计划。了解疾病的发展规律,并能依据病损情况,评估患者的预后和结局,也为临床科学研究奠定基础。文章对日本1990年推出的脑卒中病损评价表(SIAS)和我国1995年修订的脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损评分标准(评分标准)进行概述。

| Abstract: | Stroke impairment assessment,whic h can guide us to set down the plan of tr eatment,is the key link during the re habilitation program.We can find out the developm ental rule and assess prognosis or fi nal result of patients who suffer fro m different impairment by the stroke impairment assessment.Furthermore,the assessment establishes the basis of clinical scientific re search.This study summarizes strok e impairment assessment set(SIAS)founded in Japan in 1990and Chinese c linical nerve function assessment s tandard(assessment standard)revised in 1995. |
