针刺对实验性脊髓损伤组织形态学的影响

摘    要:目的观察脊髓急性损伤后的超微结构变化及针刺对其的影响。方法以大鼠为受试对象,制备急性脊髓损伤模型,应用督脉电针治疗,动态观察了针刺对不同时相点光、电镜组织形态学变化的影响。结果对照组术后7天脊髓组织呈进行性变性过程,28天后大部分神经元细胞结构恢复正常。针刺组的各时相点均较对照组的病变损害轻。结论针刺能明显地减轻和延缓伤后早期病理损害,并能明显地促进受损脊髓神经的修复。

Abstract:Purpose To observe ultrastructural changes after experimental acute spinal cord injury and the influence of acupuncture on it.Method The subjects were rats.A model of acute spinal cord injury was made.Electro acupuncture was performed on Du Channel.Dynamic observation was carried out of the influences of acupuncture on spot light in different phases and electron microscopic histomorphologic changes.Results In control group,myeloid tissue assumed progressive degeneration 7 days after operation,and most of the neuronal structure returned to normal 28 days after.The pathologic changes in various phases were less severe in acupuncture group than in control group.Conclusion Acupuncture can markedly mitigate and delay the early lesion after the injury,and facilitate repairs on injured spinal cord nerves.
