上颌前牵引矫治骨性Ⅲ类错合结束后2年的软硬组织改变

观察分析使用Ｄｅｌａｉｒ面具矫治骨性Ⅲ类上颌发育不足者治疗后组织的改变。样本选用１４例（男１１例，女３例），开始矫治时平均年龄１０岁１１个月，平均治疗１年。评估治疗前、治疗后及结束后２年的Ｘ线头颅定位侧位片。发现：①矫治有效地促进了上颌骨的向前生长；上唇及鼻底软组织突度也相应迅速增加，面型改善；②矫治结束后２年上颌骨仍继续向前增长，下颌骨生长量大于上颌骨，相应的软组织改变更多，ＡＮＢ角减小，颏部软组织突度增加；③所有疗效均不排除生长发育因素。上颌前牵引的效果是稳定的。

Soft tissue and dentoskeletal profile changes associated with Delair's mask following 2 years after treatment

The soft tissue and bone tissue changes 2 years after treatment with Delair's mask were investigated.14 patients (male 11,female 3),mean age 10 years 11 mouths at the beginning treatment,the mean therapeutic period 1 year,the mean age of 2 year after treatment 14 years 5 mouths were observed.Lateral cephalometric film were evaluated at three stages:pre treatment,posttreatment and 2 year after treatment.The results indicated:1.the maxillary protraction appliance irritated the development of the maxilla.The soft tissue of the upper lip and subnose showed corresponding changes quickly.The profile was improved.2.After 2 year treatment,there still was continuous development in maxilla.The development of the mandible was more than the maxillary two years after treatment,so ANB angle reduced.3.All of the result didn't exclude the effect of the development.The effect of the maxillary protroction was stable.
