先天弓形虫感染儿童的发育及干预效果追踪

摘    要:目的 了解先天弓形虫感染对儿童身体、智力发育的影响。方法选1990-1996年保定市级医院脐血弓形虫检测阳性的167例婴儿为出生阳性组,同期脐血弓形虫检测明性的160例婴儿为出生阴性组。用比内、韦氏智力量表测定其智商值(Intelligence Quotient,IQ值)采用全国9市城区和郊区健康儿童体格发育测量数字为标准,均数加减2个标准差为正常,分析弓形虫感染与儿童智力、身体发育的关系,观察干预措施效果。站果先天弓形虫感染儿童智力发育明显偏低,视力发育差,对身高、体重无明显影响,给予干预,能提高智力。站论先天弓形虫感染婴儿出生后,应给予干预措施,减轻损害,促进其健康发育。

Abstract:Objective To observe the development of body and intelligence in children infected with Toxoplasma gondii. Methods 167 children born between 1990 and 1996 were selected whose umbilical cord blood with antibodies of T.g as positive group, meantime, 160 children whose umbilical cord blood without anibodies of T. g were negative selected as the controls. We obsarved their intelligence and examined their IQ with Binei, WISP. We chose the measurement numbers of nine cities and suburbs all over the country as the standard. The average number which plus or minus two standard difference was normal. Results Intellectual developments of children infected with T.g were obviously slow and their eyesights were poor, while, the infection of T. g had no effect on their height and weight was normal. Conclusion The children should be systematically treated after birth so as to lower the harm to the brains and eyes to raise their mental ability and improve their health.
