Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this paper is to define the radiologic features of lymphomatoid granulomatosis and correlate them with histopathologic features. CONCLUSION: Lymphomatoid granulomatosis shows characteristic CT features such as peribronchovascular distribution of nodules, coarse irregular opacities, small thin-walled cysts, and conglomerating small nodules. Large masses and occlusion of large vessels also occur. Histopathologic examination shows the nodules are caused by intravascular and perivascular infiltration by atypical lymphoid cells. |
