胎盘肽治疗慢性胃炎时T淋巴细胞亚群的变化观察

目的　探讨胎盘肽对慢性胃炎患者的细胞免疫调节作用 ,即在其它胃药治疗的基础上 ,加用胎盘肽治疗的疗效和安全性。方法　采用自制胎盘肽治疗慢性胃炎患者 48例 ,观察其细胞免疫功能变化及症状改善情况 ,并设立按常规治疗的 46例为对照组。结果　联合传统疗法胎盘肽治疗组细胞免疫功能改善明显 ,高于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1;治疗 4周后临床症状明显改善 ,总有效率为 93 .7% ,明显优于对照组 (73 .9% ) ,χ2 =6.892 2 ,P <0 .0 1。结论　胎盘肽能够改善慢性胃炎患者的细胞免疫功能 ,并能促进临床症状缓解和精神状态的改观 ,且无毒副作用。

The changes of T-lymphocyte subpopulation induced by placental peptide in the treatment of chronic gastritis

Objective To evaluate the cellular immunoregulation of placental peptide on the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis, i.e, the efficacy and safety of placental peptide combined with traditional therapy in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods The changes of cellular immunologic function and the improved disease condition were investigated in 48 patients with chronic gastritis treated with the combination of self-made placental peptide and traditional therapy (Group A). 46 patients received traditional therapy were taken as the control group (Group B). Results The cellular immunologic function were improved greatly in Group A, which was greater than that in Group B, P<0.01; the disease condition in Group A improved greatly 4 weeks after treatment, total effective rate was 93.7%, which was higher than that in the control group (73.9%), χ 2=6.8922,P<0.01. Conclusions Placental peptide could improve the cellular immunologic function in patients with chronic gastritis, and could facilitate the remission of the sympton and heightenem the spirit state,!moreover, it has no side effect.
