我国医学数字影像与通信标准的发展与展望

主要对当前DICOM标准的发展现状进行研究分析,并对下一步的工作提出展望。认为医学数字成像和通信(digital imaging and communications in medicine,DICOM)标准是医学数字影像与通信的核心标准。该标准已经从单纯在医疗设备和疾病领域的应用向教育、互联网和标准符合性测评等方面扩展,推动了医学数字影像的技术和应用发展,提升了疾病诊断与治疗的质量和水平。建议完善我国医疗卫生信息标准体系,更好地指导和服务我国医疗健康信息化的建设和发展。

Development and Prospect of Medical Digital Imaging and Communications in China

This paper mainly studies and analyzes the current development status of DICOM standards,and put forward suggestions for the future work.It holds that the DICOM standard is the core standard for medical digital imaging and communication,which has expanded from the application of medical equipment and diseases to the evaluation of education,Internet and standards compliance,promoted the development of technology and application of medical digital imaging,and improved the quality of disease diagnosis and treatment.It was suggested to improve China’s medical and health information standards system and better guide and serve the construction and development of medical health informatization of China.
