我国互联网+医疗研究热点的文献计量学分析

目的探讨我国互联网+医疗的研究热点及趋势,为该领域可持续研究提供参考.方法以中国知网为数据来源,共检索出符合要求的文献1162篇.将其导入文献题录信息统计分析工具SATI 3.2,统计文献年代和关键词,并生成关键词共现矩阵,再将共现矩阵导入Ucinet的Netdraw程序及SPSS 20.0分析软件,绘制共现网络图谱和聚类树图.结果互联网+医疗相关文献增长分为奠基期和增长期.以互联网+医疗为中心,形成了医疗资源下沉与共享、医疗卫生服务优化及关键技术融合、医院医疗服务模式革新与转变、健康管理新模式4个热点研究类团.结论目前,我国互联网+医疗研究主要集中在新模式推广以及关键技术的使用,在体制机制健全、法律法规完善、利益分配和风险共担机制等方面的研究有待进一步深化.

Bibliometric Analysis on the Research Hotspots of Internet+Medical Care in China

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of internet + medical care and provide reference for sustainable research.Methods 1 162 literatures about internet + medical care,filtered on CNKI Database,were extracted and applied with SATI 3.2 software to generate statistical analysis of the years and key words,and get key words co-occurrence matrix.Then co-occurrence matrix was imported into the Ucinet’s Netdraw program and SPSS 20.0 software to draw co-network diagram and hierarchical cluster tree diagram.Results The growth of internet + medical care related literature can be divided into foundation period and growth period.Focusing on the internet + medical care,four hot research groups have formed:sinking and sharing of medical resources,optimization of medical and health services and the integration of key technologies,innovation and transformation of hospital medical service mode and new mode of health management,respectively.Conclusion At present,the studies mainly focuses on the promotion of new models and the use of key technologies.Research on sound institutional mechanisms,improved laws and regulations,benefit distribution and risk sharing mechanisms need to be further deepened.
