摘    要:目的通过对医疗健康人工智能应用落地申报案例进行汇总分析,了解人工智能技术在我国医疗卫生机构中的应用及开展情况。方法通过网上填报方式收集案例资料,对190例入选案例的单位及类别、案例类型、人工智能应用技术及评测方法等内容进行梳理和统计分析。结果当前,医疗健康人工智能技术主要应用于临床疾病辅助诊疗方面,占入选资料的52%,且东部地区应用较为活跃,占入选案例的63%,主要以机器学习技术应用为主。结论医疗健康人工智能应用场景和技术需进一步拓展及深化,应加强数据治理和配套基础建设,建立系统完善的应用评价体系和应用示范基地,推动我国人工智能在医学领域的应用与发展。

Abstract:Objective To understand the application and development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology in China's healthcare institutions through case analysis Methods The case data were collected by online questionnaires,the 190 selected cases were sorted out and statistically analyzed by institution categories,case types,AI application technology and evaluation methods.Results At present,the AI technology of healthcare is mainly applied to the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases,accounting for 52%of the selected cases.The application in the eastern region is more active,accounting for 63%of the selected cases,mainly focusing on machine learning technology.Conclusion Healthcare artificial intelligence application scenarios and technologies need to be further expanded and deepened.Data governance and supporting infrastructure should be strengthened.A systematic and comprehensive application evaluation system and application demonstration base should be established to promote the application and development of AI in healthcare in China.
