摘    要:多源异构数据融合是实现精准医疗的重要难点和关键技术,标准化是规范多源异构数据融合的重要手段,但我国还未建立面向精准医疗的多源异构数据融合的标准体系。文章通过分析我国精准医疗数据融合标准化建设的必要性,结合精准医疗数据融合特点,从层次维、时间维和种类维三个角度构建了精准医疗多源异构数据融合标准体系框架,基于多维集成视角构建精准医疗数据融合标准体系,为精准医疗多源异构数据融合的规范化提供理论基础和指导,助推精准医疗的发展。

Abstract:The fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data is a significant difficulty and a key technology for implementing precision medicine,and standardization is an important means to standardize the fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data.However,a standard system of the multi-source heterogeneous data fusion for precision medicine has not been established in China.By analyzing the necessity of standardization for precision medical data fusion in China in connection with the characteristics of precision medical data fusion,and from the perspectives of level,time and type,this paper constructed a standard system framework of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion for precision medicine.This data fusion standard system for precision medicine was constructed based on a multi-dimensionally-integrated perspective,thereby offering theoretical bases and guidances for the normalization of multi-source heterogeneous data fusion for precision medicine and promoting the development of precision medicine.
