| 摘 要： | 肠道菌群与2型糖尿病的发生发展关系密切,部分降糖药物通过肠道菌群发挥作用。降糖药物通过肠道菌群、肠道激素分泌、胆汁酸代谢、短链脂肪酸、炎性反应等网络化机制来影响2型糖尿病的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Gut microbiota is closely related to the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes,and some hypoglycemic drugs work through the gut microbiota.Hypoglycemic drugs affect the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes through networked mechanisms such as gut microbiota,intestinal hormone secretion,bile acid metabolism,short-chain fatty acid,inflammatory response and so on. |
