| 摘 要： | 通过对上海市儿童健康水平与儿科医疗服务现况的分析,结合上海市儿科医联体的特点,发现上海市儿科医联体运行过程中尚存在医疗保障需求压力增加、医联体间缺乏横向合作、相关保障机制不健全等问题,并提出探索国家级与市级儿科资源的整合、有效发挥社会办医作用、增强横向合作、建立合理的激励约束机制等建议,为推动我国儿科医疗的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of children s health level and pediatric medical services in Shanghai,and combines with the characteristics of Shanghai pediatric medical alliance,we find out the problems such as increasing of the pressure of medical security demand,lack of horizontal cooperation in medical alliance and imperfect of relevant safeguard mechanism in the process of medical alliance operation.It puts forward some suggestion that to explore the integration of national and municipal pediatric resources,play the role of private health service function,strengthen horizontal cooperation,establish reasonable incentive constraint mechanism,so as to provide reference for promoting the development of pediatric medical service. |
