Design and Application of the Two-way Referral Information System in Gansu Province

The two-way referral information system in Gansu province has fully considered the process of the referral business.Based on the actual needs of stakeholders,the experience of the referral information system in other regions has been summarized,a number of modules such as one-key referral,information sharing and service supervision have been developed.After trial operation,the system can basically meet the business needs of its two-way referral.Moreover,the improvement of related functions has played a scientific regulatory role in the implementation of policies such as graded diagnosis and treatment,medical association,and health poverty alleviation.In particular,we will implement and supervise the precise management of patients and diseases at different levels,and facilitate the implementation and supervision of clinical paths for patients at different levels.It is of great significance to consolidate the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment model of"primary diagnosis,two-way referral,acute-chronic separation,and up and down linkage"in Gansu province.
