高警示药品静脉输注闭环管理的设计与实现

目的利用信息化闭环管理,解决病区在传统静脉输注高警示药品时存在的问题。方法从医生开具医嘱至输液结束,设置关键业务节点,借助电脑终端和智能移动终端,构建在静脉输注高警示药品时的信息化闭环管理。通过医护人员对高警示药品认知度和满意率调查及实施前后输液规范性对比,评价使用效果。结果利用信息化技术可对临床高警示药品使用实行全程实时监控并储存相关信息,使药物使用更精准,减少因人为因素造成的不良后果。结论信息化闭环管理在静脉输注高警示药品中的应用,能提高医护使用高警示药品的安全意识,降低患者医疗风险,为临床护理安全提供保障,提升护理管理水平。

The Design and Implement of Closed-loop Management of High-alert Drugs for Intravenous Infusion

Objective Information-based closed-loop management is used to solve the traditional problems in the ward when intravenously injecting high-alert drugs.Methods From the beginning of doctor’s advice to the end of infusion,key nodes should be set up.With computer terminals and intelligent mobile terminals,information-based closed-loop management should be constructed in intravenous infusion of high-alert drugs.Results Information technology can realize real-time monitoring and relevant information storage for the use of high-alert drugs in clinical practice,making a more precise drug use,and reducing the adverse consequences of high-alert drugs due to human factors.Conclusion The application of information-based closed-loop management in intravenous infusion of high-alert drugs can improve the safety awareness of high-alert drugs use,reduce the medical risks,ensure clinical nursing safety,and improve the level of nursing management.
