重心动摇平衡检查在共济失调患者诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨人体重心动摇平衡检查在共济失调患者诊断中的应用价值。方法应用人体重心动摇平衡仪对74例健康志愿者及174例共济失调患者平衡功能进行测试。结果正常人人体重心动摇轨迹平面图(姿势图)以中心型多见,感觉性、小脑性共济失调患者弥散型出现率最高,多中心型,前后、左右型次之,未出现中心型;前庭性共济失调介于两者之间。感觉性、小脑性共济失调患者和前庭性共济失调患者动摇轨迹的长度、速度均大于正常人,差异有显著性(P<0.01);而感觉性、小脑性患者与前庭性共济失调患者两组之间的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论人体姿势图可定量分析各种共济失调患者的前庭脊髓反射功能,可用于对共济失调患者进行粗筛。

The applicable values of posturography on diagnosis of ataxia

Objective To explore the applicable values of p ostural sway on diagnosis of ataxia.Methods The parameters were mea-sured by posturography in 74normal s ubjects and 174patients with ataxia.Results Centripetal pattern was the most pro minent figure pattern in the normal subjects,and t he diffuse pattern was the most promi nent figure pattern in sensory or cerebellum ataxia.The prominent figure pattern of vestibular ataxia is between the two groups mentioned a bove.The length of locus and velocity of postural sway of ataxia were significantly longer and faste r than control subjects(P<0.01),There were no difference between se nsory or cerebellum ataxia and vestibular ataxia(P>0.05).Conclusions Postural sway is very useful in analy zing the function of vestibule-spin alcord reflex in all kinds of ataxia patients.It can be used to discern the ataxia roughly.
