社区慢性非传染性疾病的防治技术和策略

目的探究社区慢性非传染性疾病的防治技术及相应策略。方法以广州市番禺区居民的健康档案为平台,通过控制慢性非传染性疾病的危险因素对肿瘤、糖尿病及高血压等疾病进行以健康教育及健康促进及预防同时开展的综合性防治工作,并对防治效果进行分析。结果慢性非传染性疾病的社区性危险因素得到了良好控制,管理率及控制率明显升高,社区资源得到了有效利用,癌症等恶性疾病的死亡率明显降低,生存率较原有生存率明显升高。另外,社区居民的医疗费用明显降低,医疗负担减轻,群众对现有医疗服务的满意度逐渐上升。结论综合性防治措施是防治社区慢性非传染性疾病的有效策略。医务工作者需要加强重视,协调运用人群策略及高危策略。
