瑞格列奈联合诺和灵N在早期糖尿病肾病中的疗效观察

目的观察瑞格列奈联合诺和灵N治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法将2008年8月至2010年12月在我院内科住院的74例早期DN患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组在饮食及运动治疗的基础上餐时口服瑞格列奈0.5～1.0mg,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用诺和灵N,疗程2个月。观察尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、肌酐、尿素氮变化。结果尿微量白蛋白、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、肌酐、尿素氮,2组患者治疗后与治疗前比较存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）;2组患者治疗后结果比较,尿微量白蛋白、肌酐、尿素氮观察组较对照组患者下降明显,存在显著性差异（P〈0.05）,空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白2组之间无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者使用瑞格列奈联合诺和灵N可以明显减少尿微量白蛋白排出,改善肾功能,控制血糖,临床疗效满意。

Curative Effect Observation of Repaglinide Joint Novolin N in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Repaglinide joint Novolin N in the early Diabetic Nephropathy (DN). Methods Randomly divided the 74 cases of early DN patients in the medical clinic of our hospital from August 2008 to December 2010 into observation group and control group.In the control group, the patients took Repaglinide 0.5～1.0 mg when eating on the basis of diet and motion treatment.In the observation group,the patients were added Novolin N besides this for 2 months course. Observed the changes of urinary albumin,glycated hemoglobin,fasting glucose,creatinine and urea nitrogen.Results There was significant difference between urinary albumin,glycated hemoglobin, fasting glucose,creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after the treatment of the two groups(P<0.05).Compared the results after treatment of the two groups,urinary albumin, creatinine, urea nitrogen were significantly decreased in the observation group, the difference was significant P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Repaglinide joint Novolin N in the early DN patients can obviously decrease the urinary albumin excretion,improve kidney function, control blood glucose, has satisfactory clinical results.
