| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨抚触对早产儿生长发育的影响。②方法 通过对 30例早产儿进行抚触 ,并随机选择条件相似的 30例早产儿做对照。 42d后比较两组早产儿体质量、身高、头围。③结果 抚触组早产儿体质量较对照组有明显增加 (t=3 .32 9,P <0 .0 0 1 )。身高、头围无明显差异。④结论 抚触能明显增加早产儿的体质量 ,且简单易学 ,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective\ To assess the effects of tactile stimulation on the growth of preterm infants. \ Methods\ Thirty cases of preterm infants were studied with touching and 30 similar cases were randomly selected as the control group. The weight, height and head circumference between the two groups were compared 42 days later. \ Results\ The weight of infants in tactile group increased obviously than that of the control group ( t=3.329,P <0.001), but no significant difference was found in height and head circumference. \ Conclusion\ Tactile stimulation can markedly increase the weight of preterm infants. It is easy to learn and deserves to be popularized. |
