海藻提取物A1和A2抑制肝癌和肺腺癌细胞增殖作用的实验研究

目的:用体外培养法研究海藻提取物A1和A2对肝癌740 2细胞、肺腺癌GLC -82细胞和胃癌MCG -80 3细胞生长的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法进行研究。结果:海藻提取物A1和A2分别处理肿瘤细胞48h后,A1呈剂量依赖性抑制肺腺癌GLC -82和肝癌740 2细胞增殖,测得IC50 分别为2 2 61μg/mL和3 0 0 5 μg/mL ,而对胃癌MCG -80 3细胞增殖无明显抑制作用;A2对3种肿瘤细胞增殖无明显抑制作用。结论:海藻提取物A1对肝癌740 2细胞和肺腺癌GLC -82细胞的增殖有抑制作用。

Experimental study of anti-proliferative effects of marine algea extracts A1 and A2 on human lung adenocarcinoma and hepatocarcinoma cells in vitro

Objective:To study the anti-proliferative effects of marine algea extracts A1 and A2 on human lung adenocarcinoma GLC-82,hepatocarcinoma 7402 and gastric carcinoma MCG-803 Cells in vitro.Methods:The parameters were got by MTT assay.Results:After human lung adenocarcinoma GLC-82,hepatocarcinoma 7402 and gastric carcinoma MCG-803 cells were treated by marine algea extracts A1 and A2 for 48h,the growth of lung adenocarcinoma GLC-82 and hepatocarcinoma 7402 cells were inhibited significantly by the A1 and the IC 50 were 2.261μg/mL and 3.005μg/mL respectively;but no significant effect on the gastric carcinoma MCG-803 Cells.The marine algea extract A2 don′t show inhibiting effect on the proliferation of those three tumor cells.Conclusion:Marine algea extract A1 inhibits the proliferation of lung adenocarcinoma GLC-82 and hepatocarcinoma 7402 cells significantly.
