| 摘 要： | 对５１例肝癌标本进行的免疫组织化学分析显示，４７％的标本肿瘤细胞中有表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）表达。根据ＥＧＦＲ在肿瘤中的表达情况将病例分为两组，ＥＧＦＲ阳性组和ＥＧＦＲ阴性组。ＥＧＦＲ阳性组的肿瘤体积和术后复发率均高于ＥＧＦＲ阴性组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。两组的肿瘤分化程度无显著性差异。本实验结果说明ＥＧＦＲ在肝癌细胞中的表达与肝癌病人的预后有关

| Abstract: | Imrnunohistochemical aassav was conducted in 51 specimens of
hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC ),The resultsdemonstrated that EGFR
expression was found in 47 pereent HCC tumors;According to the
statusof EGFR inHCC tumors,the pateints were divided into two groups,
EGFR positive and EGFR negative,The tumor size andrecurrent rate in
EGFR positive pateints was significantly higher than that in EGFR
negaative patints(P<0.05 ).No significant difference in
histopathologic grade was found between two groups.The resuIts
suggest that the ex-oression of EGFR in HCC is relaated to the tumor
growth and the prognosis of HCC pateints. |
