海金沙根的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究海金沙根的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用理化性质和波谱学分析鉴定化学结构。结果分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别是:木栓酮(friedelin,1)、22-羟基何柏烷(hydroxyhopane,2)、2a-羟基乌苏酸(2α—hydroxyursolic acid,3)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,4)、丁二酸(succinicacid,5)、山奈酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranose-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,6)。结论化合物1、2、3、5、6均为首次从海金沙属中分得的已知化合物。

Abstract:Abstract: Aim To investigate the chemical constituents of the root of Lygodium japonicum (Thu¬n¬b.) Sw. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by the column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic techniques. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as friedelin(1),hydroxyhopane(2),2α-hydroxyursolicacid(3),daucosterol(4),succinicacid(5),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranose-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (6). Conclusions Compound 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 were isolated from Lygodiaceae for the first time.
