青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房69例临床分析

目的:分析青光眼小梁术后浅前房的常见原因及处理方法。方法:对69例(81眼)青光眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房25眼进行原因分析及治疗效果观察统计。结果:本组81眼小梁切除术后发生浅前房25眼(31%),其原因有:房水滤过过强9眼(36%),睫状体脉络膜脱离8眼(32%),结膜瓣渗漏5眼(20%),恶性青光眼3眼(12%)。保守治疗21眼,手术治疗4眼。结论:青光眼滤过术后浅前房较常见,大多数浅前房可通过保守治疗治愈。

Clinical analysis of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy in 69 patients with glaucoma

AIM:To analyze the causes and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma trabeculectomy.METHODS:Sixty-nine patients(81 eyes)with glaucoma underwent trabeculectomy were reviewed on the causes and treatment of postoperative shallow anterior chamber.RESULTS:The incidence of shallow anterior chamber was in 25 eyes(31%).The causes were excessive aqueous humor filtration(36%,9 eyes),choroidal detachment(32%,8 eyes),filter bleb leaks(20%,5 eyes),malignant glaucoma(12%,3 eyes).Four eyes needed surgical procedure for the reformation of anterior or chamber.Anterior chamber reformed in other 21 eyes without any surgical procedure.CONCLUSION:The incidence of shallow anterior chamber is high after trabeculetomy.Most of the shallow anterior chamber can be reformed through conservation treatment.
